August Homes believes the quality is in the details! We are a family owned and operated business that has been in the construction industry for over thirty years. Currently we are building single family and cluster homes in Avon and Avon Lake, starting in the $240's. We have over thirty different floor plans to choose from, ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet, and we can alter any floor plan to fit your needs.

Why should you build an August Home?

We only build fifteen to twenty homes a year so we can give each customer and home the personal attention they deserve. Our quality cannot be beat! Our foreman does all of our finish work from drywall through finished carpentry, in every one of our homes. If you visit our model, and are impressed with our quality, you know you will receive the same level of quality in your home. Our homes come standard with a full basement which has a thirty year warranty, and a 92% high efficiency Trane furnace. You will see the owner of August Homes on the job daily, building every home with care, as if it were his own.
